Sharing a quick take on a BCG article I found valuable.

In “CEOs are starting to see value from AI. Now comes execution”, BCG analyses the key success factors of enterprises and CEOs successfully leveraging AI. Three things stood out to me:

  • Discipline on Strategy Execution

  • Focus on relentlessly creating Value from AI

  • Redesigning workflows for AI is difficult but key to leverage AI (especially Agentic AI)
